  18. domain and legally copyable. Each program on this disk has been tested by us
  19. using a PC/XT or compatible computer with 640K, an IBM or ERSO BIOS chip,
  20. and Microsoft(tm) GWBASICA (where applicable), and found to be operational.

  22. The only thing you have purchased from SUNSET SHAREWARE is the disk itself.
  23. We in no way warranty the usability or applicability of the programs on this
  24. disk for any particular purpose or their usability on any other machine; nor
  25. do we convey any license to use these programs.  However, we do back what we
  26. sell.  If you have trouble with this disk for any reason (short of bugs in
  27. the program), let us know and we'll try our best to resolve it.

  29. Many programs in the public domain are offered as "SHAREWARE", where the
  30. author requests a donation from each user to support continued program
  31. development.  While, in most cases, you are not legally obligated to provide
  32. this donation, sending it in often provides you with registration, a printed
  33. copy of the documentation, the latest version of the program, periodic
  34. updates, and telephone service for program problems.  If the program is of

  38. Special note (basic programs):
  39.    Some programs are .bas programs.  If you are running such a program,
  40.    you will be required to have path set to the directory where basica/
  41.    gwbasic is located, or copy basica/gwbasic to the disk (if room), otherwise
  42.    I recommend copying programs to another disk along with basica/gwbasic.
